1. Service Bookings
Event Services:
- Cancellation 15 days before event: 80% refund
- Cancellation 7–14 days before event: 50% refund
- Cancellation within 7 days: No refund

2. Ticket Bookings (If Applicable)
- Tickets once booked are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
- If event is cancelled, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Event Cancellation by Company
If we cancel an event due to unavoidable circumstances:
- Full refund will be issued
OR - Option to reschedule
4. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Bank processing time may vary.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund shall be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to attend event
- Incorrect information provided during booking
