We provide event-related services including but not limited to:

  • Event planning and coordination
  • Venue management
  • Decoration and production services
  • Ticket booking (if applicable)
  • Vendor management

All services are subject to written confirmation and availability.

3. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
  • The information provided by you is accurate and complete

4. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website or authorized representatives.
  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm services.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways such as ICICI Bank / Razorpay / PayU.
  • We do not store debit/credit card details.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings if:

  • Payment is unsuccessful
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Incorrect pricing is displayed due to technical error

5. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are in INR (₹).
  • GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law.
  • Prices may change without prior notice unless already confirmed.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy (see separate page).

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website
  • Provide false booking details
  • Resell our services without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

All content including:

  • Logos
  • Designs
  • Images
  • Text
  • Event concepts

are the intellectual property of WSE and may not be copied without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Event cancellation due to natural disasters, government orders, strikes, pandemics, or force majeure
  • Payment gateway technical failures
  • Bank processing delays

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party vendors and payment processors. We are not responsible for:

  • Bank server issues
  • Payment gateway downtime
  • Unauthorized transaction disputes (customer must contact bank first)

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
